Amy McGinnis

Amy McGinnis is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment law. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Employment Law at Fox Corporation since March 2019, McGinnis oversees employment matters for Fox Sports and Fox Entertainment, having previously held the role of Vice President in the same department. McGinnis also served as Vice President of Employment Litigation at Fox, and worked as a Labor & Employment Attorney at Winston & Strawn LLP and Norton Rose Fulbright. Additional experience includes a position as Special District Attorney at the Ventura County District Attorney's Office and a judicial clerkship at the EEOC. Educational credentials include an Executive Leadership Institute degree from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a BA from UCLA, graduating Cum Laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
