Max Diekneite

Max Diekneite is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in broadcasting. Currently serving as a News Anchor at KTVI FOX 2 since October 2023, Max previously held the position of Evening Anchor and Investigative Reporter at WTOC-TV from November 2020 to December 2023. Prior roles include Anchor/Reporter at KCCI-TV and News Anchor, Reporter, and several other positions at KOMU-TV. Additionally, Max has interned at KTVI, focusing on investigative journalism and social media reporting, and reported for KBIA 91.3 FM. A Broadcast Journalism graduate from the University of Missouri-Columbia, Max has developed a strong skill set in news reporting and anchoring throughout a diverse career.
