Hugo Ribatika

Hugo Ribatika is an accomplished news anchor and producer, currently serving as the host of Africa Today at Newzroom 405 since December 2020. In addition to this role, Hugo has been anchoring news for Raptor Publishing and Print since July 2019. Previously, Hugo was the Country Manager at Kwese TV from September 2016 to July 2019, where responsibilities included preparing news stories and anchoring daily news bulletins. Hugo's early career includes serving as Marketing Director at Dominus Sport and as the founding Chief Executive of Mash Eagles Cricket, where impactful contributions were made to professionalize cricket in Zimbabwe. Hugo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from IMM Graduate School and is currently pursuing an MBA in International Business at the IBR Institute of International Business Relations.
