Joseph Rhodes

Joseph Rhodes is the current Head of Client Services at Foxbox Digital. Joseph has been with the company since February of 2022 and was promoted to their current position in July of that year. Prior to that, they were the Agile Delivery Lead at Foxbox Digital from July 2021 to February 2022. Before joining Foxbox Digital, Joseph was a Customer Implementations Project Manager at Flexential from November 2018 to June 2021.

Joseph is a skilled project manager with a proven track record of success in managing projects of varying size and complexity. Joseph is a tactical leader who is able to drive their team forward in daily operations in order to meet deadlines. Joseph is also focused on efficiency and process improvement, which has helped him be successful in achieving aggressive yearly MBOs.

In their current role as Director of Delivery at Foxbox Digital, Joseph leads projects and directs/delegates deliverables to junior project team members. Joseph also leads client engagement activities and is responsible for managing/mentoring non-lead team members and contributing to agency processes and strategy for their department.

Joseph Rhodes reports to Rob Volk, Founder & CEO. They work with Rich Stern - Cheif Operating Officer, Wesley Carver - Product Lead, and Barrett Willich - Chief Financial Officer.
