Zaneta Stara has extensive experience in project management and procurement, currently serving as a Relationship Manager and Agile Project Manager for Software Delivery at Foxconn Europe since February 2013. In this role, Zaneta develops and implements best practices for IT project delivery, focusing on scope and business case management, program vision, and risk management. Prior to this position, Zaneta held roles as a Production Planning and Material Management Supervisor and Senior Buyer, where responsibilities included purchasing materials and supervising a team of buyers. Earlier experience includes a Buyer role at FOXCONN CZ from August 2010 to February 2013, involving vendor negotiations and global vendor searches to ensure seamless production operations.
