Antonio Hong

Antonio Hong has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Strategic Alliances Executive at China Trust Commercial Bank, where they developed and maintained partner relationships. Antonio then transitioned to Synergy Dynamics International as a Human Resources Manager. In 2007, they joined China Unicom as the Operation Manager of the E-Commerce Division before moving on to Mars Education Consulting Company as an Operation Manager and Special Assistant to the General Manager. In 2009, they became a Senior Trainer at Hafo Enterprise Management, and in 2013, they founded Answer Plus Consulting Co., Ltd., serving as the Chief Executive Officer. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Visiting Chair Professor at City University of Hong Kong. In 2017, they joined Clinico Inc. as the Chief Knowledge Officer and Head of L&D. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resources & Administration(CHRO) at Foxconn, where they are responsible for digital talent development and culture formation.

Antonio Hong has a diverse education history. Antonio completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at NYU Stern School of Business and New York University in 2000-2001, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1999 to 2000. Antonio also holds two Bachelor's degrees, one in Journalism and another in Political Science and Government, both from National Chengchi University, which they obtained between 1992 and 1996. Additionally, they have completed an Executive MBA (EMBA) program at the National University of Singapore, although specific dates for this degree are not provided.
