Kratochvílová Jitka

Jitka Kratochvílová has extensive work experience, starting in 1993 as a Training and Development Supervisor at AVX Czech Republic s.r.o. Kratochvílová then moved on to become an HR Manager at MAKRO Cash & Carry CR from 2000 to 2002. From 2002 onwards, they joined Foxconn, where they held various roles including HR Manager, Regional HR Director, and Chief Compliance and Development Officer. Kratochvílová'smost recent position is Europe HR Director at JUSDA Europe, starting in 2019.

Jitka Kratochvílová completed their Bachelor's degree in Andragogika with a specialization in personnel management at Palacký University in Olomouc from 1997 to 2000. Kratochvílová later earned a Master's degree in Andragogika from the same university, studying from 2015 to 2018.
