Helen McMahon

Director of Business Development at Foxen

Helen McMahon has a long and varied career in property management, sales and business development. Helen began their career in 1993 as a Property Management Professional, working at several large companies in the Denver area. In 1998, they became a Property Manager for Sares-Regis Group, traveling to different communities in the state and developing and implementing operating budgets. In 2001, they joined TransUnion as an Account Specialist Team Lead, leading a team of 12 Client Success Managers. In 2008, they became an Advertising Consultant for Apartments.com, prospecting and actively pursuing new business. In 2009, they joined SureDeposit as a Regional Marketing Director and obtained their P & C insurance license. In 2011, they returned to RealPage, Inc. as a Senior Manager, managing the Vendor Client Success and Catalog Support/Data Analyst Teams. In 2017, they rejoined TransUnion as a Sales Manager, responsible for managing a team of inside and outside Sales professionals and Client Success Managers. In 2020, they returned to RealPage, Inc. as a Solutions Representative, and in 2022 they joined Foxen as Director of Business Development and LeaseLock as Director of Enterprise Accounts.

Helen McMahon has an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from Colorado Christian University, which they obtained between 2010 and 2013. Helen has also obtained certifications from LinkedIn in PowerPoint Quick Tips, Becoming a Great Conversationalist, Cold Calling Mastery, Jeffrey Gitomer’s Little Red Book of Sales Answers (getAbstract Summary), Managing Your Sales Process, The Practices of High-Performing Employees, Transitioning from Manager to Leader, and Resident Producer: Casualty and Property from the State of Colorado. The certifications were obtained between September 2022 and November 2022.
