Nicole Duminie has worked in a variety of roles in the sales and real estate industries. From 2011-2013, they were a B2B Field Account Executive at TFE Training Solutions, where they founded and expanded a clientele of existing customers with new customers through networking events, market research, cold-calling, referrals, relationship building, persistent follow up and other best practices. From 2013-2016, they were a Software Sales BDR and Account Executive at Impact Networking, where they studied solutions and became an expert on the software and business process to engage in a team sales approach. Nicole also presented and demonstrated solutions for prospects and followed up on leads. From 2016-2019, they worked as a Healthcare Compliance Account Executive - Team Lead at Stericycle, where they diagnosed clients' requirements, discussed appropriate resolution by price adjustments, correct sizing, and/or resolving service quality issues. From 2019-2022, they were a Real Estate Agent at Coldwell Banker, where they formulated financials abilities and clients' needs to propose tailored solutions, with a strong client-focused approach. Nicole also researched property listings, interviewed potential clients, accompanied clients to property site, and determined conditions of sale to compose real estate contracts. Nicole Duminie is currently enrolled in Cambridge College, where they are pursuing a Cyber Security and Networking degree in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree from Jackson State University.
