Xavier Dellamonica

Dr. XAVIER DELLAMONICA (PhD) joined FOXTROT International in 2017 as Geoscience Manager. He is a geologist, sedimentologist biostratigraphy expert in 3D modelling with 20 years of international experience. His domains of technical expertise cover a wide range of Geoscience's specialities such as reservoir geology, sedimentology, biostratigraphy, geophysics, petrology and 3D geocellular modelling (Petrel, RMS, Skua).

He pursues most of his geological studies up to the DEA at the University of Marseille in “geology, palaeontology and sedimentary chronology” specializing in carbonated environments and he completes his degrees with a PhD from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland in “Deep Water sand-rich turbidite reservoirs” from Turkey.

After a time working with the French national company ELF AQUITAINE on Carbonated reservoirs from Turkey and Oman he continues with an international carrier, managing projects and geoscientist’s teams for big companies (ELF, University of Aberdeen,

Schlumberger, BG, Zhenhua-Oil, Dana-Petroleum) and smaller private companies (Corex, Bleuback-Reservoir, Vegas Oil) in different countries around the world (Scotland, Congo, Soudan, Romania, Ukraine, England, and Egypt).
