Director, Digital Strategy & Analytics at Foxtrot

Carolyn Lau has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Carolyn started their career as a Marketing Intern at Stitch Fix in 2014. Later, they worked as a Contemporary Buying Intern at Neiman Marcus in 2015 and as a Danforth University Center Student Assistant at Washington University in St. Louis from 2014 to 2016.

In 2016, they joined Neiman Marcus as an Executive Development Program participant and later became an Assistant Buyer in the Designer Jewelry department. In 2018, they moved to RXBAR as a Market Insights Analyst specializing in Specialty products.

In 2019, Carolyn joined Kelton Global as a Senior Analyst, gaining experience in quantitative research. Carolyn then moved on to become a Manager in the Quantitative Insights & Strategy team and eventually served as an Associate Director in the Insights & Strategy department.

Recently, Carolyn has been working at Foxtrot, starting as a Sr. Manager in Business Intelligence. Carolyn then progressed to become a Director in Site Optimization & Analytics and currently holds the position of Director of Digital Strategy & Analytics.

Carolyn Lau earned a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in 2022. Carolyn previously obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Communication Design from Washington University in St. Louis in 2016.
