Gaurav Verma

Gaurav Verma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Gaurav is currently working as the Head of Revenue Marketing & Business Finance at EkAnek, where they are leading the overall revenue function and driving profitable revenue growth. Prior to this, Gaurav served as the Head of Marketing at EM3 Agriservices Pvt. Ltd. from 2019 to 2021, where they created the brand "Samadhan" as a leader in farm mechanization and developed marketing strategies.

Gaurav also has extensive experience at airtel, where they held various positions. Gaurav served as the Head of Prepaid Marketing for Kolkata and West Bengal, managing the overall marketing for prepaid mobile and driving revenue growth. Gaurav also worked as the National Head of Customer Acquisition for Airtel Broadband, leading new customer acquisition efforts and trade marketing initiatives.

Furthermore, Gaurav served as a Senior Product Manager in the Usage & Retention vertical of Homes Broadband, where they focused on growing ARPU and creating customer engagement campaigns. Gaurav also worked as the Chief of Staff, supporting the CFO India and managing strategic projects in the finance function. Earlier in their career, Gaurav joined Bharti Airtel Ltd as a Young Leader (Management Trainee) and later worked as a Strategy Business Planning Manager.

Before their time at airtel, Gaurav had a summer internship at ICICI Bank and worked as an Associate in Risk Services at GlobeOp Financial Services.

Gaurav Verma completed their education at several prestigious institutions. From 2002 to 2006, they attended the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, where they obtained their MSc.(Hons) degree in Mathematics. During the same period, they also completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Mathematics from the same institute. Additionally, from 2008 to 2010, Gaurav pursued further education at the Management Development Institute in Gurgaon, earning a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Finance and Strategic Management.
