Ralph Gliane

Ralph Gliane has over 10 years of work experience in the field of information systems. Ralph started their career at Research In Motion as a Manufacturing Assembly Associate before moving on to the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation as a Customer Support Analyst. In 2009, they joined TDCNet Inc. as a Help Desk Technician. Ralph then spent several years at FP Canada, where they held various roles including IT Support Administrator, Manager of Information Systems, and ultimately Director of Information Systems. In this last position, they led the organization's IT team, provided strategic direction, and ensured the delivery of cost-effective IT services to meet business needs.

Ralph Gliane completed their education at Seneca Polytechnic from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Certified Engineering Technologist Co-op degree in Computer Engineering Technology/Technician. In addition to their degree, Ralph also obtained various certifications including "ITIL® Intermediate in Service Strategy" and "ITIL® Foundation" from The APM Group Limited in 2013. Furthermore, they obtained a "Cyber Security Risk Assessment, Treatment, and Reporting (Micro-credential)" from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies in November 2022.
