Susan Silma

Susan Silma, LLB, MBA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial services and regulatory sectors. Currently serving as the Leading Member Engagement Transformation at OMERS since 2023, Susan focuses on enhancing member communications and understanding of pension issues. As a Board Member of FP Canada, Susan contributes to advancing financial wellness for Canadians. Prior leadership roles include Chair of the Board for Community Living Toronto and Head of Risk and Regulatory Business Practices at Sun Life, where Susan improved client experience and compliance. Additional experience encompasses founding CRM2 Navigator, significant positions at the Ontario Securities Commission, and working as General Counsel at Working Ventures Canadian Fund. Susan holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School.
