Geoff Schiveley

Geoff Schiveley has extensive legal experience, currently serving as VP of Legal at FP Transitions, LLC and as Owner of GS Legal, LLC. Geoff also has prior experience as Vice President and General Counsel at ENTEK International and as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Modine Manufacturing Company. Geoff has also worked at various law firms such as Hostak Henzl & Bichler, S.C., von Briesen & Roper, s.c., and Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. Geoff holds a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School and a BM in Music Business from Drake University.
