Cynthia Petrossian

Cynthia Petrossian is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR services, policies, and programs. Currently serving as AVP Senior Human Resources Generalist at First Pacific Advisors since July 2018, Cynthia has progressed through roles including Senior Human Resources Associate and Human Resource Associate, focusing on recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and training. Prior experience includes serving as a Placement Consultant at Performance Education, where Cynthia trained and placed international master’s degree students in internships, and as Tutor Coordinator for the TRIO Upward Bound Program, where tutor recruitment and supervision were primary responsibilities. Cynthia also founded the Power Hour Learning Center, focusing on enhancing students' study skills, and has held various positions in tutoring and culinary arts. Cynthia holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
