Matthew Coad

Matt joined FPA in 2022. His primary focus is on the firm’s institutional business development and relationship management initiatives. Prior to joining FPA, Matt was Principal of Investor Relations at Victory Park Capital (VPC), where he was responsible for new business development, including sourcing and capital raising for VPC funds, as well as managing investor relations, client service, and marketing and communications for the firm. Before joining Victory Park in 2008, Matt was a credit products underwriter in the Middle Market Commercial Banking Group at Bank of America where he specialized in structuring and executing senior debt transactions. Matt began his career as a member of the Commercial Banking Development Program at LaSalle Bank N.A. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from West Virginia University.
