Sharon Navarro

Sharon Navarro is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in underwriting and reinsurance. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer at FPG Insurance since November 2020, Sharon previously held multiple leadership positions at Malayan Insurance Co., Inc. from April 1997 to November 2020, including Head of Fire Underwriting and Reinsurance Departments, Head of Fire Underwriting Department, and Executive Assistant to the COO. Sharon began their career as a Retail Fire Underwriter and Technical Assistant to the Underwriting Division Head, also directing the Corporate Communications Unit. Sharon Navarro earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, majoring in Statistics and Actuarial Science, from De La Salle University between 1992 and 1995.
