Martin Sadler

Martin Sadler has been working in human resources for over 10 years. Martin started their career as a control office manager at Macy's. Martin then transitioned into human resources at Western Dental Services. After a few years, they became the human resources manager at EPMI, a Bayside Company. In this role, they were responsible for all recruitment, new employee orientation, workers compensation claims, and employee relations. Martin also oversaw the annual employee evaluations and wrote and approved all employee disciplinary actions. After a few years at EPMI, they transitioned into their current role as VP of human resources at FPI Management. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, benefits, workers compensation, and employee relations.

Martin Sadler earned their Masters in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology -- Alameda. Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Sonoma State University and an Associate’s Degree in Foreign Languages -- Spanish from Solano Community College.

They work with Curtis Tumbaga - VP, Affordable, Carrie Briggs - VP, Marketing & Revenue Management, and Mike Watembach - CFO. Martin Sadler reports to Dennis Treadaway, President & CEO.
