Carmen Abuzid

Carmen is an Analyst in Ferguson Partners’ Executive/Board Search Practice and is based in the firm’s New York office. She works closely with the team in supporting client assignments.

Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Carmen worked as a research assistant for the Annenberg Inclusion Initiative, a leading think tank studying diversity and inclusion in entertainment. During her time there, she developed critical research skills and fostered an interest in DEI and strategy. She is excited to begin her career in search and help drive DEI goals at Ferguson Partners.

Carmen recently graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and a minor in Law and Public Policy. Carmen is an avid fan of tv, film and pop culture. She also loves traveling, going to concerts, and being outdoors.
