Fabrizio Pierpaoli began their career as a Researcher at ITIA-CNR in February 1999 and worked there until August 2004. Fabrizio then joined FPZ SPA, starting as a Production Manager from September 2004 to August 2008. Fabrizio later served as an Operations Manager from September 2008 to December 2013 and eventually became the Chief Operating Officer from January 2014 onwards. In 2018, Pierpaoli became the CEO of DOSEURO.
Fabrizio Pierpaoli completed their education in a chronological manner. In 1991, they began their studies at Politecnico di Milano, where they pursued a degree in production engineering. Fabrizio successfully received their degree in 1998. Later on, in 2014, Fabrizio enrolled at MIP Politecnico di Milano for a Master's degree in Management, specializing in Business Management and Organizational Development. This program lasted for two years, concluding in 2016. Additionally, in October 2016, they obtained the Lean Professional Certificate from Lean Global Network.
