Douglas Whitlock

Douglas Whitlock is an experienced logistics professional with a diverse background in key account management and ocean freight operations. Currently serving as a Key Account Manager at FRACHT USA since January 2022, Douglas also holds a position as a Central Committee Member of the Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFFA) since May 2023. Previous roles include Global Account Manager at Bolloré Logistics, Ocean Import Manager at Traffic Tech, and Operations Ocean Manager for Canada at CEVA Logistics. Douglas's extensive experience also includes leadership roles such as Head of Ocean Freight Montreal at DSV and various positions at Panalpina spanning nearly a decade. Educational qualifications include a Freight Forwarding Diploma from Fiata and studies at Mohawk College.
