Pragya P. has over a decade of experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as Projects Lead Manager and Head of Operations - L&D at Fractal since July 2012. Previously, Pragya held the position of HR CMO - OD, Training and Talent Management at UltraTech Cement from May 2011 to June 2012 and served as Manager - Talent Acquisition at T&M Services Consulting Pvt Ltd from 2010 to April 2011. Pragya began the career as a summer trainee at GTL Limited in 2009, where a project focused on developing web-based training and enhancing feedback mechanisms was completed. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resource and Marketing from Asia Pacific Institute Of Management and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communications from Rajiv Gandhi Prodoyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal.
