Sharon Means

Sharon Means, CPA, is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in leadership and operational management. Currently serving as Fractional Integrator at SHARON MEANS BUSINESS LLC since November 2019, Sharon provides essential support to Visionaries and their leadership teams by implementing company visions, ensuring accountability, and clarifying organizational goals. In addition, Sharon has been an Integrator at Redmond Accounting Inc since September 2012, where accountability and clear communication of the company's mission are paramount. As a FIA Fractional Integrator since March 2022, Sharon specializes in remote management of the EOS Process® and facilitates effective leadership team meetings. Previous experience includes serving as a Council Member for the Intuit Accountant Council from June 2015 to June 2017 and holding the position of Controller at Omnitek LLC from 2011 to 2013. Sharon holds a BA in Accounting from Baldwin Wallace University.
