Niamh Redmond is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product strategy and design, currently serving as the Founder & Principal of Nova Ray Consulting since 2018, where expertise is applied to help startups and tech-enabled companies develop innovative products. Niamh offers fractional CxO and advisory services to various startups, including a HealthTech venture focused on individualized care and Causal AI. Niamh also provides guidance as a Start-up Advisor for Volta, mentors with Techstars, and serves as the Fractional Head of Strategy & UX Design for Passage.
