Gioell Rivera

Gioell Rivera has been working as a sales engineer since November 2019, most recently with Fractory. In this role, Gioell is responsible for quoting clients for laser-cut bespoke components from various metals and grades, producing documents for an ISO 9001 transaction, and following up on quotations. Gioell has also been instrumental in the implementation and development of a paperless sales tracking process, and has experience with 2D & 3D design using Autodesk AutoCAD & Inventor. Prior to their work with Fractory, Gioell worked as a project engineer/service manager with Premiere Servicing Ltd from March 2019 to November 2019. In this role, they were responsible for quoting clients for a range of industrial plant servicing, managing of service engineers for annual services and emergency callouts, and purchasing materials and equipment for services and large scale installation projects. Gioell has also been responsible for track company KPI (ISO 9001), and managing engineer's qualifications and certifications.

Gioell Rivera completed a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bradford. Gioell also completed a Bachelor's degree in Pastoral Studies and Evangelism from the Church Of Christ School For Ministers.
