Andrés Scott Peña

Andrés Scott Peña has held a variety of roles in the corporate, academic, and media sectors. From 2016 to present, they have been the Director of Operational and Corporate Finance at FRACTTAL, where they design and verifies corporate policies, supports the General Director in developing strategic plans, and supervises critical processes. From 2015 to 2016, they were the producer and host of two television programs, "San Juan en la Historia" and "Guarico en Proyeccion" at Siembra TV Canal 07. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Executive Representative at Kaplan International College London and the Producer and Host of two radio programs, "San Juan en la Historia" and "Guarico en Proyeccion" at Morros 89.7 Fm Guarico Venezuela. From 2012 to 2013, they were the Secretary of the Academic Association of Venezuelan Journalists (ANCOV). From 2008 to 2013, they were a Member and Literary Author at the Red de escritores del estado Guarico. Lastly, from 2001 to 2008, they were a Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Universidad Nacional Experimental de los Llanos Centrales 'Rómulo Gallegos', a Coach, a Financial Engineering Specialist, and held various administrative roles.

Andrés Scott Peña has an extensive education history. Andrés obtained a Licenciado en Contaduría Publica from Universidad Nacional Experimental de los Llanos Centrales 'Rómulo Gallegos' between 1998 and 2003. Andrés then went on to obtain an Especialista en Docencia Universitaria from the same university between 2004 and 2005. Between 2005 and 2008, they obtained an MBA Magister Scientarum en Gerencia Administrativa from the same university. Andrés then obtained a Doctor en Ciencias de la Educacion from the same university between 2010 and 2014. In 2014, they obtained a Locutor certificado por la Escuiela de Comunicación Social UCV registrado bajo el N° 47.514 from Universidad Central de Venezuela. In 2020, they obtained a Posdoctorado Investigación Emergente from Universidad Tecnológica del Centro (UNITEC). In 2021, they obtained a Diplomado en alta dirección de empresas from Universidad Autónoma de Chile, as well as a Magister Dirección ejecutiva empresas from the same university. Additionally, they have obtained a variety of certifications from LinkedIn, such as "Cómo vender con storytelling, parte 1: Los elementos de una gran historia" and "Fundamentos de las finanzas: Terminología económico-financiera". Andrés also has an "Investigador Acreditado Red de investigadores de la Transcomplejidad" certification from REDIT.
