Varun Rishi

Varun Rishi is an accomplished leader in data analytics and strategy with extensive experience in high-growth technology companies. Currently serving as Lead of Portfolio Analytics & Strategy at Fragile, Varun drives the data function and execution of strategic merchant partnerships. Prior roles include Director of Analytics at NZXT, Inc., where Varun led the global analytics function and was a key executive team member, and Founder & CEO of InCourage, focusing on software to enhance therapeutic alliances. Varun's earlier experience includes building analytics teams at NZXT and Forge, as well as impactful roles at Salesforce and Airbnb. Varun holds a BS in Management Science from UC San Diego and has completed programs in European Business and Economics.
