Amit Antony

Amit Antony has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Amit started their career at Intelenet Global Services as an Executive in the Human Resources department from September 2003 to September 2004. Amit then worked as an Officer in the Human Resources department from October 2004 to September 2005.

In 2005, Amit joined Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance as a Senior Executive in the Human Resources department from October 2005 to June 2007. Amit then worked as an Assistant Manager in the Human Resources department from July 2007 to June 2008, and finally as a Manager from July 2008 to May 2009.

Amit then moved on to Dhanlaxmi Bank, where they worked as a Senior Manager in the Human Resources department from June 2009 to September 2010. Amit was subsequently promoted to Chief Manager and held this position from October 2010 to August 2012.

After their time at Dhanlaxmi Bank, Amit joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as an HR Business Partner from August 2012 to September 2014.

From September 2014 to March 2017, they worked at EY as an Assistant Director in the Human Resources department.

Amit Antony began their education at Sharada Mandir School, where they completed their X grade in 1996. Following this, Amit pursued a bachelor's degree in Business Management at St. Aloysius College from 1998 to 2001. In 2001, they joined Balaji Institute of Modern Management, where they earned a PGDM (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources in 2003. Concurrently, they pursued a Master's degree in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare at Symbiosis Law School, Pune, from 2001 to 2003. Lastly, in 2023, Amit completed an Executive Program in Creating Entrepreneurial Organizations at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
