Ana Bessa Santos

Ana Bessa Santos has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ana started their career in 2010 as an Assistant Manager at Lidl Portugal, where they worked until 2012.

In 2013, Ana joined NonStop Recruitment as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Ana quickly progressed to become a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Head Hunter, specializing in the Chemical, Agrochemical, and FMCG market within Europe. Ana worked at NonStop Recruitment until 2015.

Afterward, Ana moved on to Skills Alliance, where they worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant for Europe from November 2015 to April 2016.

Since 2016, Ana has been working at Fragomen. Ana started as an Immigration Consultant, providing immigration advice and assistance to clients. Ana then progressed to the role of Senior Immigration Consultant before assuming the position of Immigration Manager in April 2019. Currently, Ana holds the position of Senior Immigration Manager at Fragomen.

Ana Bessa Santos holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Global Mobility from ZHAW School of Management and Law, which they completed from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended the Universidade do Porto from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in European Studies - Applied Languages with a specialization in Translation, specifically English, French, and German. In addition to their formal education, Ana also obtained proficiency in English through the Cambridge Assessment English certification in September 2012.
