Dheeman Chatterji has a diverse range of work experience across multiple companies. Dheeman worked at Fragomen as a Process Improvement Lead, where they managed a team, consulted with internal and external stakeholders, and implemented a standardized operating model framework. As a Consultant and Sales Analyst at Cavi Consulting, they educated clients on their proprietary IP and provided customized solutions for operational maturity. At Goldman Sachs, they served as a Senior Associate Project Manager for three years. Dheeman also worked at Capco as a Project Management Consultant, where they managed projects, developed process flow and workbooks, coordinated between teams, and implemented automated regression testing. Earlier in their career at Infosys, they held various roles including Technical Test Analyst, Test Engineer, Technical Test Lead, and Test Analyst for Customer Fulfillment IT. Their responsibilities included leading agile teams, collaborating with clients and vendors, developing user manuals and trainings, and managing testing and deployment.

Dheeman Chatterji has an MBA degree from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business, with a focus on International Finance, Business Analytics, and Strategy. Dheeman also holds a B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
