Diogo Kloper

Diogo Kloper has a diverse work experience in the immigration and visa services industry. Diogo started their career in 2004 as a Contracts Coordinator at Mundivisas, where they managed contracts and coordination tasks until 2008. Following that, they co-founded Atlantic Visas and served as a partner from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, they joined TransVisas - A Wilson Sons Group Company as a Commercial Coordinator, responsible for various operational, commercial, administrative, and financial tasks. During their time at TransVisas, they also provided training and support to new employees. Since 2013, Diogo has been associated with Fragomen, initially as a Senior Business Immigration Manager and currently as a Business Immigration Director. In these roles, they have played a crucial role in managing immigration processes and providing strategic guidance to clients.

Diogo Kloper has a diverse education history, with a focus on leadership, management, and law. Diogo completed their MBA in Organizational Leadership from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2017-2018. Prior to that, they obtained another MBA in Management from the same institution in 2010-2012. In 2011, they attended Ohio University for an International Executive program, specializing in Strategic Business Leadership. In 2010, Diogo pursued a Shipping Agency program at FEMAR - Fundação de Estudos Mar. Finally, from 2004 to 2009, they studied International Law at Universidade Federal Fluminense, graduating with a degree in Law.
