Igor Vynarchuk

Igor Vynarchuk has over 20 years of work experience, primarily in the field of process improvement and operational excellence. Igor currently serves as the Senior Director of Business Transformation at Fragomen, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, Igor worked at Wayfair as the Head of Transformations and Analytics - Service Operations, Supply Chain from July 2020 to October 2022, and as the Head of Process Definition and Operational Excellence - Fulfillment, Supply Chain from July 2019 to July 2020.

Before joining Wayfair, Igor was with U.S. Bank for three years as the Senior Vice President of Process Excellence Solutions. In this role, they played a key role in designing and implementing continuous improvement programs, leading strategic cross-functional projects, and introducing lean management systems in various functions across the organization.

From 2014 to 2016, Igor worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance as the Senior Director of Liberty Management System. During their tenure, they led the deployment of a lean/operational excellence management system across the personal lines distribution organization, resulting in improved employee engagement and business performance. Prior to that, they held director-level positions at SC Johnson and McKinsey & Company, where they gained extensive experience in global business process excellence and management consulting.

Igor's early career includes roles as an Audit Manager at Deloitte and Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. Igor holds a wealth of experience in audit and financial management. Overall, Igor has a strong track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements in various industries, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.

Igor Vynarchuk has obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Igor also holds a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University and is certified by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) with an FCCA qualification in Accounting and Finance. Additionally, Igor has a Master's degree in International Economic Relations and International Relations from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Igor has also received an Advanced Master Certificate in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University.
