Maija Morris has an extensive work experience in the field of client services and immigration management. Maija started their career at Fragomen in 2004 as a Manager/Senior Associate, where they worked with diverse corporate clients, focusing on immigration programs and strategies. Maija then progressed to various roles at Fragomen, including Global Client Services Manager from 2011 to 2014 and Client Services Manager for Asia Pacific from 2014 to 2020. In these roles, they provided strategic consulting and assistance in managing immigration services for Fragomen's corporate clients, implemented protocols for large multinational clients with complex entity structures, ensured compliance and accountability, and oversaw transaction delivery and client relationships.
