Global Client Services Manager at Fragomen

Matt Myers has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Matt started their career at UPS as a Systems Trainer and later served as an Account Executive. In 1996, they transitioned to TD Ameritrade as an Investment Advisor. Following this, they joined Intel Corporation where they held multiple roles, including Global HR Immigration Manager, Leadership Development Manager, Instructional Design, Technical Trainer, and Business Analyst. Matt then moved to Brigham Young University as a Foreign Professor at China Foreign Affairs University. After that, they worked at Deloitte as a Global HR Mobility Manager. In 2016, they joined ON Semiconductor as a Learning and Development Manager, where they managed global technology and career development programs and projects, collaborated with HRIS and IT for implementing Oracle HCM Cloud system, and was responsible for creating and delivering global training materials. Currently, they are employed at Fragomen as a Global Client Services Manager.

Matt Myers has a diverse education history. Matt obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in 1990. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, General from Utah State University between 1986 and 1987. Matt'sacademic journey began at Brigham Young University, where they pursued a degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from 1981 to 1985, earning an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree. In addition to their formal education, Matt Myers obtained a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute in December 2014.
