Nicki Usiondek

Nicki Usiondek's work experience begins in 2008 as a Senior Intellectual Property Paralegal at CME Group, LLC. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Human Resources and Knowledge Services Manager at Butzel Long. In 2015, they became a Senior Indexing Specialist at Gale | Cengage Learning. From 2017 to 2018, Nicki held the position of Manager of Knowledge Strategy at Yerra Solutions, where they developed and implemented a strategy for knowledge management. Since 2018, they have been working at Fragomen as a Senior Knowledge Manager, overseeing the company's intranet and leading a team of content curators. Nicki also led the migration of the intranet from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint Online. Overall, Nicki has extensive experience in knowledge management, leadership, and strategic planning.

Nicki Usiondek has a diverse education history. Nicki earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Oakland University in 2003. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in History at Wayne State University and completed their studies in 2011.
