Roopa Colaco

Roopa Colaco has extensive work experience in the field of HRIS and human resources. Roopa most recently worked at Fragomen as a Lead Workday HRIS Specialist starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were a Sr HRIS Analyst at Clario from 2021 to 2022. Roopa also worked at Fragomen as a Senior HRIS Specialist from 2016 to 2021. Before joining Fragomen, they served as an HRIS Analyst at Novo Nordisk from 2014 to 2015 and as an HR Manager from 2008 to 2013. Roopa began their career at Quest Diagnostics as a Senior Client Systems Support from 2004 to 2007. Roopa also worked as an Assistant Manager – Human Resources at Infosys BPO in 2003 and as an Executive – Human Resources at Phoenix Global Solutions India Private Limited from 1999 to 2003.

Roopa Colaco pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology, Economics, and Sociology from Mount Carmel College in India, completing it in 1996. Subsequently, they enrolled at Bangalore University and attained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 1998.
