Sarah Eryan has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Sarah started their career in 2004, working as an HR Manager at Al Mazaya Holing Co. During their time there, they established the HR department, implemented HR policies and procedures, managed the HR Management Information System, and successfully managed the re-engineering process. Sarah also collaborated with executives to develop talent planning solutions.
In 2011, Sarah joined GET Group as an HR Manager. In this role, they monitored and reported on HR issues, provided guidance to department managers, and ensured alignment with HR objectives.
Currently, Sarah is working at Fragomen as the Human Resources Director for the Middle East & Africa region. Sarah has held various roles within the company, starting as an HR Manager in 2013 and progressing to Senior HR Manager and Senior Human Resources Manager. Their responsibilities include providing strategic and operational HR guidance, managing the HR function in the UAE & Qatar, and developing strategies to increase employee engagement and retention.
Sarah Eryan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Political Sciences from Cairo University from 1998 to 2002.
