Walter Stuart has extensive work experience in the finance field. Walter most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Fragomen since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked at McKinsey & Company where they held the positions of Controller from September 2013 to January 2020, and Assistant Global Financial Controller from November 2009 to August 2013. Before joining McKinsey, Walter was employed at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked as a Senior Manager from September 2004 to November 2009, Manager from January 2002 to August 2004, and Senior Associate from October 2000 to December 2001.

Walter Stuart attended Jeppe High School for Boys from 1987 to 1991, but did not earn a degree or specialize in any specific field of study during that time. Walter then went on to study at the University of the Witwatersrand from 1992 to 1995, where they acquired a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on accounting. In 1996, they further pursued their accounting studies at the same university and obtained a Bachelor of Accountancy degree. Finally, Walter pursued higher education at The Wharton School from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
