Zoe S. has diverse work experience in roles related to client services, translation, interpretation, and business development. Zoe started their career as a Simultaneous Interpreter Intern at the United Nations in August 2012. After that, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Rosetta Translation, where they managed a team of 50+ translators and proofreaders and handled client escalations and key accounts. In 2014, Zoe joined Fragomen as a Client Service Advisor & Translator, providing strategic client services management for global clients, particularly Chinese accounts. Zoe monitored client accounts for compliance with performance metrics and quality standards, managed escalations, and played an active role in implementing immigration projects. Zoe then transitioned to the role of Client Services Manager at Fragomen, continuing their work in client services management and business development. In addition to their full-time roles, Zoe has also worked as a part-time translator and interpreter as a freelancer since 2009, specializing in legal, commerce, marketing, immigration, education, culture, and children's literature translations.

Zoe S. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General from Shandong University of Science and Technology, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Zoe then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Translating and Interpreting from Newcastle University, completing their studies from 2010 to 2012. Recently, in 2021, Zoe S. completed an online certificate program in Management Essentials from Harvard Business School Online. Additionally, they obtained the China Aptitude Test for Translators and Interpreters (CATTI)-Interpreting Band 2 certification from The Ministry of Personnel of China in November 2012, further demonstrating their expertise in the field of translation and interpreting.
