Gary Belt

Gary Belt is an experienced plant and production manager with a career spanning several industries. Currently serving as Plant Manager at FRAM® since February 2024, Gary previously held similar roles at Prinsco, Inc. and Silgan Containers, where significant improvements in product quality and production efficiency were achieved. Gary's earlier experience includes managerial positions at JELD-WEN, Inc. and HL Precision Manufacturing, as well as technical roles at Sony Biotechnology Inc. and their own venture, Linking America By Satellite. Starting in the service sector at Friday's Pressure Washer Center, Gary has developed a broad skill set in manufacturing, management, and customer service. Gary holds a High School Diploma from Ford Central High School.
