Doug Foster

Doug Foster is an accomplished nuclear professional with extensive experience in the nuclear power industry. Since June 2022, Doug has been retired but previously held the position of Alliance Site Manager and Integrated Outage Manager at Framatome from March 2011 to the present. Doug's career includes pivotal roles such as Shift Manager Senior Reactor Operator at Tennessee Valley Authority from June 1993 to January 2011, Shift Supervisor SRO at Portland General Electric's Trojan Nuclear Plant from May 1983 to June 1993, and Nuclear Electrician in the US Navy from 1975 to June 1983. Doug's educational background includes studies at Thomas Edison State University.
