Oscar Rivera

Oscar Rivera has extensive experience in customer experience and technical implementations, currently serving as the Head of CX at Frame since September 2025. Prior to this role, Oscar held multiple positions at Bolt from April 2022 to September 2025, including Manager of Implementations & Onboarding, Senior Implementation Manager, and Implementation Manager. Oscar's career also includes experience at Docebo from October 2017 to April 2022, where roles included Solutions Deployment Manager and Strategic & Enterprise Technical Analyst. Earlier in the career, Oscar worked at Apple as a Technical Support Advisor from April 2016 to May 2017. Oscar holds a degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
