Jessica Bacon-Defieber

Jessica Bacon-Defieber is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both fitness and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Pilates Instructor at Equinox since September 2022 and as a Reformer Pilates Instructor at FRAME #moveyourframe since September 2021, Jessica also operates as a self-employed Pilates Teacher since January 2019. Prior roles include Consultant at FTI Consulting from March 2016 to August 2018, Research Marketing and Communications Officer at Care England in 2015, and Special Projects Manager at Health Care REIT in early 2015. Jessica began their career with an Insight Intern position at Virgin Insight in 2013, followed by a Junior Associate role in Corporate Communications at FTI Consulting Strategic Communications in 2010. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Westminster, a Master's in Innovation Management from Central Saint Martins, and a BA in Dance from Barnard College.
