Megan O’Callaghan

Megan O. is an accomplished designer currently working at BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group since August 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an Urban Design Lecturer & Studio Instructor at Harvard GSD Design Discovery, where Megan delivered lectures and workshops to over 80 students. While at Harvard University from April 2022 to August 2023, Megan conducted research on over 108 urban projects as a Graduate Research Assistant to Professor Joan Busquets and co-curated the exhibition "Grand Paris Express." Additional roles include Urban Designer at Sasaki, where a strategy for circularity and vertical food production was developed for a large agriculture district in Singapore, and prior managerial experience at MKPL Architects and JGP Architecture, overseeing significant architectural projects. Educational credentials include a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from Harvard, cross-registration at MIT, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan.
