Greg Mefford

Greg Mefford has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Greg is currently working as a Senior Staff Backend Engineer at Frame.io, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Principal Full-Stack Engineer at Stord from March 2021 to September 2022. At Stord, they played a crucial role in developing and integrating supply chain systems.

Before joining Stord, Greg worked at Bleacher Report as a Senior/Lead Back-End Engineer, contributing their expertise from June 2018 to March 2021.

Greg also has experience in hardware and software engineering, having worked at Le Tote from February 2017 to May 2018. Additionally, they served as an Enterprise IT Security Engineer at L-3 from March 2016 to February 2017 and as a Hardware and Software Engineer at L-3 Cincinnati Electronics from April 2009 to October 2011, where they led a team in designing a strategic product.

Greg began their career as an Associate at K.R. Engineering, where they worked from 2005 to 2010. Greg also gained experience as a Second Life Student Worker at the University of Cincinnati from March 2008 to April 2009 and as a Junior Technical Engineer at Sheet Dynamics from December 2007 to March 2008.

Lastly, Greg worked as an Architecture Intern at Intel from January 2006 to September 2006. Overall, their work experience highlights their technical expertise in backend engineering, supply chain systems, and hardware/software engineering.

Greg Mefford obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Engineering from the same institution, which they attained from 2009 to 2012.
