Sergey Yarkin

Sergey Yarkin has a diverse work experience spanning roles in software engineering and system administration. Sergey is currently a Staff Software Engineer at Frame.io since September 2021. Prior to that, from February 2018 to September 2021, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Magic Leap. Sergey also has experience as a Software Engineer at Tensor Company, Ltd. from May 2013 to December 2017, where they were involved in network balancing, high availability, and developing various utilities and test tools. In addition, Sergey worked as a System Administrator at Yaroslavl City Building College from July 2005 to December 2017, where they were responsible for maintaining network, servers, and services, while also serving as a teacher for computer networking courses from September 2013 to March 2016.

Sergey Yarkin obtained their Master's degree in Industry automation from Yaroslavl State Technical University, where they studied from 2006 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they also acquired several certifications. In 2013, they completed the CCNA course at the Yaroslavl Cisco Academy at Yaroslavl State University. In the same year, they obtained a certification in Computer Networks from Coursera.org. In 2012, Sergey obtained two certifications from MongoDB, Inc.: one in MongoDB for DBAs and another in MongoDB for Developers.
