Sophie Kaye

Sophie Kaye has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sophie currently holds the position of Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations at Adobe. Prior to this, they worked as a Marketing Program Manager at Frame.io and served as the Chief of Staff at the same company. Sophie has also worked as an Advisor at BUILT BY GIRLS and as a Founding Member of the CoS Mastermind Network at Primary Venture Partners. Additionally, Sophie has been a Member of the Chief of Staff Network and a Founding Member at Propel. Their earlier experiences include serving as a Senior Manager of Marketing Program Management and Design Program Manager at Candid™. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in strategy and operations, project management, team management, and business development. Furthermore, Sophie has also been involved in non-profit work as the Founder and President of Sophie SoundCheck, an organization focused on raising awareness about Noise-Induced Hearing Loss. Sophie began their career as a 2015 Fellow at Venture for America, a career accelerator for recent graduates interested in entrepreneurship.

Sophie Kaye attended Yale University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in American Studies. Before attending Yale, they attended Riverdale Country School from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Sophie also completed the Introduction to Content Marketing certification from Lynda.com in July 2016.
