CPO / Lead Developer at Frame

Tom Barnes has a diverse work experience across various roles and industries. Tom started their career in 2011 as an Editor at Memsparx. In 2012, they worked as a Creative Agency Intern at Columbia Records and as a Marketing Manager at Miracle Music Inc. Tom then joined Write For The Future as an Associate Director in 2013. In 2014, they became a Teacher's Assistant at New York University and later worked as a Staff Writer and Editor at Mic.

In 2017, Tom joined Byte New York as a Spotify - Content Planner, where they created content for social channels and collaborated with designers and animators. In 2018, they started working as a Freelance Developer, taking on projects such as creating a timesheet management app, reworking a website on WordPress, and developing interactive features for a digital storytelling platform.

Most recently, in 2019, Tom became the CPO / Lead Developer at Frame.

Tom Barnes attended New York University from 2008 to 2012 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English & Psychology. Later, they enrolled in the New York Code + Design Academy to pursue a New York Tech Talent Pipeline Web Development Fellowship in Fullstack Development.
