Herlan Antunes

Herlan Antunes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Herlan is currently the Director of Marketplace EMEA at FRAMEN since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Marketplace at FRAMEN from July 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining FRAMEN, Herlan held the position of Head Of Marketplace Operations & Revenue Strategy at Gorillas from November 2020 to May 2021.

Herlan also worked at GetYourGuide as a Strategy & Operations Manager from December 2019 to November 2020, where they focused on B.I. and data analyses for the editorial website affiliates partners segment. Herlan'swork involved improving scaling speed and efficiency of the channel for over 5,000 partners with a life-cycle clustering data-model project.

Before that, Herlan worked as a Senior Business Development & Growth Consultant in various companies, including GIPHY, Yandex, and Mobiuspace, from February 2016 to October 2019. At GIPHY, they acquired over 50 organic partners in the Brazilian market, resulting in over 1 billion views on the platform. At Yandex, they were involved in app growth hacking for Yandex Zen in Brazil, increasing DAU for Yandex Zen product. And at Mobiuspace, they supported the opening of the Brazilian office and the launch of the Zapee app, which scaled to over 1 million installs.

Herlan has also held other positions earlier in their career, including Country Manager at TRAFI from February 2016 to December 2016, and Co-Founder at HomeyCook from February 2015 to February 2016.

Herlan started their career at General Motors, where they worked as a Senior Sales Development Analyst from May 2013 to the present (end date not specified), Operations Analyst from January 2011 to May 2013, and Plant Operator from August 2006 to December 2010.

Herlan Antunes completed a postgraduate degree in Marketing Management from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, which took place from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from USCS - Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do Sul, from 2006 to 2010. In 2015, they pursued a minor in Advanced Internet Business from Copenhagen Business School.
